How did you become part of the Brüning Group?
In 2023, I was looking for a new career opportunity that would allow me to broaden my professional experience and move into the administrative and logistics field within an international environment. The position at Brüning Group Italia, which I found on LinkedIn, perfectly matched my career goals. Coming from a senior customer service background, I saw this role as an opportunity to take on new challenges, leverage my language skills, and further develop my expertise while contributing to a multinational organisation.
What does your perfect workday look like?
My ideal workday begins with clear prioritisation and effective planning. In the dynamic logistics environment, I enjoy tackling daily challenges with a positive and proactive approach, ensuring that operations run smoothly. I am motivated by supporting my team through timely and accurate contributions, collaborating to solve problems, improve processes, and achieve shared objectives. A successful day is one in which I have made a meaningful contribution, helped maintain efficient workflows, and completed key tasks effectively.
Which quality do you value most in your colleagues?
Working in a small team of four in Rome and collaborating closely with our headquarters in Bremen, I highly value the supportive and international working environment. The prompt and professional assistance I receive helps me effectively manage administrative and logistics processes. I particularly appreciate the open-minded culture and strong cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization. In the WTE (waste to energy) International department (but not only), teamwork, flexibility, and mutual support are essential, especially when addressing new challenges that require innovative and collaborative solutions.
What was your biggest ‘aha’ moment while working here?
I have learned that in logistics and administration, not everything can be planned. What truly makes the difference is flexibility, the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and teamwork in tackling daily challenges. These qualities are essential for finding effective solutions, maintaining efficient operations, and successfully managing unexpected situations.
If you were to write a book about your work here, what would the title be?
“Behind Every Delivery, There is Teamwork.“
Because I have learned that success in logistics depends not only on processes, but above all on collaboration between people.
