The market development in the field of biochar is very dynamic right now and links many of our business areas together.

 

What do you enjoy most about your job?

The variety and interdisciplinary demands of my tasks, which allow me to work with many colleagues from the most diverse fields.

 

If you could wake up tomorrow with a new professional skill, what would it be?

As I love to travel and work with all kinds of people from different countries, a multi-lingual talent would be very cool (e.g. English, Spanish, French, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Arabic…).

Since I often have to deal with problems in my job, it is all the more important to also see the small positive things.

Hence the motto: Keep your head in the wind, even when it gets uncomfortable.
