What do you enjoy most about your job?
Every day, I come into contact with lots of people, and no two days are the same. I learn something new all the time and grow with the variety of tasks I am given.
What characterises the Brüning Group for you?
From day one, I had a very positive gut feeling. I have worked in various companies and can confirm that we have a special sense of togetherness at the Brüning Group. Here, no one tries to elbow their way to the top; instead, everyone wants to be successful together. That is what sets us apart!
If you could swap your job for another job at the Brüning Group for a day, which one would it be and why?
I would work in one of our operational units in purchasing or sales to get to know the challenges there first-hand. But seriously, only for one day – I already have the best of all jobs!
What makes a workday perfect for you?
The sun is shining, my colleagues are in a good mood, and the working day starts with a good cup of coffee. For me, a perfect day is when as many tasks as possible have been completed and we have achieved good results for our managers, employees, and future colleagues by acting as advisors, problem solvers, or simply as attentive listeners. And we also optimise our processes to make things as easy as possible for everyone!
What is your favourite motto for difficult situations at work?
Always look at things through the other person’s eyes! And very importantly: stay calm, take a deep breath, because not everything deserves an immediate response.
