How did you end up at the Brüning Group?
I found a job advertisement on the internet, then looked at the company website and thought « This might work… »
What or who really surprised you in a positive way at the Brüning Group?
The feeling of togetherness that was mentioned in the job interview has been confirmed so far. All colleagues (from apprentices to management) are helpful and open to questions. I have felt very well welcome.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I am still in the induction phase at the Brüning Group – the first thing is to get to know the company structures and goals. In addition, it is important to get to know the individual teams of the units better so that I can recruit the best employees for the units and thus for the company. What I like about human resources, especially recruiting, is that it is versatile and varied and I have a lot of contact with people. There is no two days that are the same.
If you could wake up tomorrow with a new professional skill, what would it be?
Systems Thinking – in relation to digitalisation. This will become more and more of an issue in the future.
